Prayers are an important part of religion since it is the 2nd pillar of Islam. Most worshipers have the problem of not knowing the imam in which rak'ah or Sajjad. Also, they are unaware of the imam's condition for various reasons, causing them to guess the imam's state or follow him with doubt about his performance.
This problem faces a lot of worshippers and can be expressed in several ways, such as:
- Unable to follow the imam correctly when men are late for prayer, especially the secret prayer.
- The inability of worshipers outside the mosque to follow the imam due to the decision to turn off the loudspeakers.
- It is difficult for women to follow the imam in mosques because they are unable to see him.
- It is difficult for some people with special needs (deaf people) to follow the imam correctly.
a web application that ensures worshipers are provided with complete information of the current rak'ah conducted by the imam, by looking at the screen that will sync the imam's movements.
The system will be simple and does not require high-tech users, and the imam will be able to operate the camera and voice recognition through the site.
Aims
- Targeting the imams of mosques when operating the system through a website.
- The worshippers follow the imam's steps in following their prayers.
- Helping the deaf to follow their prayers correctly.
- Helping worshippers follow the imam for all obligatory prayers.
- Prepare an instructional video for imams to help them understand the system and offer immediate assistance if needed.
